Medical disclaimer
The information on this site is for general informational and comparison purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not recommend any specific medication, dose, or treatment program. We do not diagnose conditions, evaluate suitability for any drug, or make any claims about safety or efficacy of any product listed.
If you have a medical condition or are considering a GLP-1 medication, talk to a licensed healthcare provider before making any decision.
Manufacturer affiliations
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly and Company, or any other pharmaceutical manufacturer. Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, and any other branded medication names are trademarks of their respective owners.
We do not represent any manufacturer's compliance, savings, or eligibility programs. Always verify pricing, eligibility, and program terms directly with the manufacturer or pharmacy before purchase.
Affiliate disclosure (FTC)
This site participates in affiliate programs with telehealth providers and may earn a commission if you sign up for a service through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. We do not adjust the prices we display, the providers we feature, or the recommendations we make based on commission rate. Our compensation does not influence the calculator's output.
Specifically: we may receive a per-signup commission from providers such as Ro, Hims, LifeMD, WeightWatchers, and others when a visitor clicks one of our outbound links and signs up. The amount we receive varies by provider.
Compounded GLP-1 medications
Compounded versions of semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by 503A compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved as finished drug products. The legal status of compounded GLP-1s is currently being challenged: the FDA has proposed (April 30, 2026) to formally exclude semaglutide and tirzepatide from the 503B bulk compounding list, with a public comment period closing June 29, 2026. The "personalization" theory used by many telehealth platforms is being contested by the FDA and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
We do not claim that compounded versions are equivalent in safety, efficacy, or quality to FDA-approved brand drugs. We display compounded pricing for comparison only. Through July 1, 2026, we are not actively recommending or routing affiliate traffic to compounded providers.
Pricing accuracy
Prices shown are estimates based on publicly available information from manufacturers, pharmacies, telehealth providers, government sources, and price-comparison sites. We review prices weekly through an automated monitoring process, but pricing can change at any time. Actual costs may differ from estimates based on your specific plan, location, dose, pharmacy, and other factors. Always verify current pricing directly with the provider before purchase.
Editorial independence
The prices and information we publish are determined by our editorial process, not by our affiliate partners. We have no input from advertisers, affiliate networks, or manufacturers on what we display or how we rank options.
