About the GLP-1 Cost Calculator

Pricing for GLP-1 weight-loss and diabetes medications is chaotic and changing every few weeks. We're a free, neutral tool that puts every cost option in one place — so you can see what you'd actually pay before you start a long conversation with a clinician or insurance company.

What this site does

You pick the GLP-1 drug you're interested in — Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro, or a compounded version — and tell us briefly about your insurance situation. We show you the estimated monthly cost across every legitimate purchase path: commercial insurance, the new TrumpRx federal program, Medicare (including the new Bridge Program starting July 2026), the manufacturers' direct-pay programs (NovoCare and LillyDirect), and telehealth subscriptions.

That's it. We don't sell medications, we don't prescribe, and we don't tell you which option is best for your body — that's a conversation for you and your doctor. We just show you what the price tag looks like under each option.

We are not a doctor. We do not provide medical advice or dosing recommendations. We don't evaluate whether a particular GLP-1 is appropriate for your situation. We don't sell pharmaceuticals. We don't store your insurance status or drug selection alongside your name (see our privacy policy).

How we keep prices current

GLP-1 pricing changes constantly — new manufacturer programs, new federal pricing deals, telehealth subscription launches, the recent Medicare Bridge Program. To keep up, we run an automated pricing review every week that monitors NovoCare, LillyDirect, TrumpRx.gov, GoodRx, and major telehealth providers. Any changes are flagged for human review before they go live. Each price on the site shows the date it was verified.

How we're paid

When you click "Visit [provider]" on a result and end up signing up for that provider's service, we may earn a per-signup commission — at no extra cost to you. That's how we keep the calculator free. We also display Google AdSense ads as a publisher. Our editorial process — what we show, what we rank — is not influenced by who pays us a higher commission. Full details in our disclosures.

Who we are

Independent operator, US-based, building this because the existing GLP-1 cost picture is a mess and nobody had built a clean neutral tool that owned the question. We're not a pharmacy, not a telehealth company, not affiliated with any manufacturer.
